PVI was founded by Adam Kant and Dr. Heidi Klingbeil in 2007.
The first physical medicine and rehabilitation non-profit organization. Placed in areas where there is a real need. All expenses are tax deductible to the extent they are volunteer related, in accord with IRS laws.

We promote Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services for people both abroad and in the United States in underserved areas. In these areas, which have no regular physical medicine and rehabilitation care, or with a substantial population not able to afford or access that care, we teach local providers the basics of caring for the disabled, and provide such care through teams of volunteers.
